New COVID-19 Stardards of Practice

We have enhanced our practices to ensure a high degree of patient safety.

Patients will be screened for symptoms on the phone prior to their appointment and again upon arrival. Staff will take temperature with an infrared thermometer and patients will be requested to wash their hands.

All patients, doctors and staff will be wearing personal protective equipment. Patients are expected to wear masks for their appointment. To maintain social distancing we have reduced patient volume and established private waiting rooms.

Plexiglass shields have been installed in front of the reception desk and pretest equipment. HEPA filters have been set up around the office as well.

Patient touch points in the waiting areas, pretest and exam room will be cleaned between each patient.

We have increased deep cleaning of our entire clinic regularly throughout the day. This includes sanitizing surfaces and patient contact areas in all public areas and patient care areas.

We want you to know we are dedicated to your health and safety.

Welcome to our Brand New iSmile Dental and Optometry Centre Website

Hi, and thanks for visiting our new website! We’re so excited to finally have an online presence and be able to communicate with our valued patients via this new medium! What do you think of our brand new website?

This section of the website is our favorite, because here we’ll be able to keep you updated on the exciting and new developments at our practice, as they occur. This “What’s New” page will serve almost like iSmile’s personal blog where we will post short write-ups and blurbs of information we think our patients would find useful or interesting, on anything from dental hygiene tips to the newest trends in eye wear.

We’ll also announce new product and services, as well as promotions or specials. If we offer new dental treatments or receive new models of eye glass frames or contact lenses, you’ll be the first to know!

Please feel free to comment on our posts, let us know what you think of them, and if they’re helpful. We can’t wait to begin posting!

Visit back often to ensure you don’t miss a thing!

Sincerely,
The iSmile Team
